Strong Peak Ingredients Explained
Nine ingredients are named and none has a published amount; the lists even disagree on grape seed.
Your bottle's label is the only reliable answer.
The list
The product page names vitamin B3, vitamin B6, zinc, L-citrulline, L-carnitine, Panax ginseng, Maca, Rhodiola and grape seed extract. It gives no amounts, and the FAQ version of the list leaves out grape seed.
Vitamins and zinc
B3, B6 and zinc are essential nutrients, so the question is how much a gummy holds and how it adds up with your multivitamin. Very high B6 and zinc intakes over time can cause problems.
Amino acids
L-citrulline and L-carnitine are usually studied in the range of one to several grams, which is a lot to fit in one gummy. Without a panel, nobody can say.
The herbs
Panax ginseng, Maca, Rhodiola and grape seed are studied at amounts from about 100 mg to several grams. Compare them with your label, and mind the medication notes in our safety guide.
How to check
Read the Supplement Facts and other-ingredients line when the bottle arrives, then compare with our ingredients page.
