Strong Peak Ingredients
Nine ingredients are named and no amounts are published; the lists disagree on grape seed.
Your bottle's Supplement Facts panel is the only reliable answer.
The nine named ingredients
The product page names nine ingredients and gives no amounts. We cannot judge dose, and our notes are general background.
Vitamin B3 (Niacin)
Supports normal energy metabolism; large doses can cause flushing.
Vitamin B6
Supports normal metabolism; very high long-term intakes have been linked to nerve problems.
Zinc
An essential mineral; high intakes can cause problems and reduce copper absorption.
L-Citrulline
Converted to arginine; studies typically use several grams.
L-Carnitine
Moves fatty acids for energy; studies typically use one to three grams.
Panax Ginseng Extract
Studied at a few hundred milligrams; can affect blood sugar and interact with blood thinners.
Maca Root Extract
A Peruvian root; small trials use roughly 1.5 to 3 g of root.
Rhodiola Extract
Studied for fatigue at a few hundred milligrams; can feel stimulating.
Grape Seed Extract
Studied at 100 to 300 mg; may mildly affect clotting. Missing from the FAQ list.
Things that do not add up
One ingredient list includes grape seed extract and the FAQ list does not. The page also says “doctor formulated” and GMP certified with no name or certificate, and the FAQ says it is not a multivitamin even though it contains several vitamins and a mineral.
What to do
Read the Supplement Facts and other-ingredients line on your own bottle, tell your doctor the real contents, and read our safety guide.
